POSITION INFO: REQUIREMENT: RSA ID and legal residence essential Previous reception or front office experience Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills Computer literate with Microsoft Office proficiency Excellent organisational and administrative skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to handle confidential information with discretion KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Welcome patients and visitors professionally Answer and direct telephone calls and emails Schedule appointments and manage diaries Maintain accurate patient and visitor records Assist with admissions and administrative support Process correspondence and general office administration Ensure the reception area remains professional and welcoming PACKAGE: R15,000 - R20,000 per month LOCATION: Nelspruit \/ White River - Mpumalanga
