SUMMARY: A well-established company based in Benoni is seeking a professional and organised Receptionist / Administrator with a basic accounting background to join their team.
POSITION INFO: Minimum Requirements Previous reception and administrative experience. Basic accounting knowledge or experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Professional, reliable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails. Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally. Perform general administrative duties, including filing and data capturing. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence. Maintain office records and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
