Job description
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to support our daily warehouse and office operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive wholesale clients and process their orders.
- Print TBM picklists.
- Scan daily delivery receipts and send them to Head Office.
- Organize invoices and original receipts.
- Record daily cash flow.
- Answer the intercom and open/close the gate for customers.
- Assist with importing Temu, Takealot, and Makro orders.
- Respond to WhatsApp messages and telephone enquiries from clients.
- File daily invoices, receipts, and related documents.
- Capture daily vehicle dispatch records.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
✔ Grade 12 (Matric)
✔ School leaver
✔ Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
✔ Good communication and customer service skills
✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Professional appearance and positive attitude
WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 16:30
Overtime may be required based on operational needs.
Pay: R4 500,00 per month
Work Location: In person
