Job description
Busy beauty salon required an experienced candidate that has worked in the industry already (If you have not worked within the beauty industry please do not apply – you will not get a reply)
You will be responsible for the following duties
- Making bookings
- Taking payments
- Offering retail and treatment solutions to clients concerns and needs
- Daily Cash Ups
- Revenue Reports
- Stock Take
- Dealing with Client Complaints
- Assisting with the running of the columns/therapists/nail technicians
- Client Welfare
We are looking for someone that can cope under pressure but remain positive and outgoing at the sametime. That can work in a timely manner and not get distracted or anxious with the amount of messages/client queries that also need replying too. You will be working alongside other receptionists and a team of nail techs & therapists (30 columns) so you need to be a people’s person and must be friendly.
Previous experience of Salonbridge is an advantage or a similar spa booking software.
5 days a week
Shift work – 8am till 5pm & 10am till 7pm
Saturdays – 8.30am till 5.30pm
Closed Sundays and the majority of public holidays
Pay: R13 500,00 - R17 500,00 per month
Work Location: In person
