Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Somerset West

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team in Somerset West. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients and will assist with general administrative duties.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner
Manage incoming emails and correspondence
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Perform general administrative and office support tasks
Keep the reception area neat and organized

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Word, etc.)
Professional and friendly attitude
Good organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
