Receptionist

We are seeking a professional, energetic and highly organised Receptionist who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring the front office operates seamlessly.

This role is more than just answering phonesit offers the opportunity to become an integral member of a collaborative team, supporting employees, clients and visitors, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our reception and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for DRA, your duties will include:

• Welcoming visitors and creating a professional first impression.
• Managing the company switchboard and directing incoming calls efficiently.
• Receiving, distributing and tracking mail, courier deliveries and packages.
• Coordinating with company drivers for collections and deliveries.
• Maintaining a tidy, organised and presentable reception area at all times.
• Assisting with general administration, filing and office support tasks.
• Keeping reception records, telephone lists and visitor registers up to date.
• Supporting internal teams with document collections and administrative requests.
• Communicating professionally with employees, clients and service providers.
