SUMMARY: POSITION INFO: Key Responsibilities Professionally manage the company reception area Welcome and assist visitors, customers, suppliers and contractors Operate the company switchboard and efficiently manage incoming calls Direct enquiries to the appropriate departments Maintain visitor registers and coordinate visitor access procedures Schedule meeting rooms and assist with meeting arrangements Provide general administrative support to various departments Prepare correspondence, reports and company documentation Perform data capturing, filing and document management Receive, distribute and manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services Maintain office records and administrative databases Monitor and order office stationery and consumables Assist with stock control of office supplies Support company events, meetings and training sessions Ensure compliance with company health, safety and security procedures Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
