SUMMARY: Our esteemed client, a leading practice in the Medical Aesthetics and Skincare industry based in Dainfern, Johannesburg, is urgently seeking a Receptionist to join their dynamic team .

Salary: R14 000.00 CTC Per Month (Basic) They are looking for a vibrant, energetic, and professional individual to become the welcoming face of their clinic. The successful candidate will have a warm and friendly personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. They should be well-presented, highly organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring every client receives a professional and memorable experience from the moment they arrive.

POSITION INFO: Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric). Previous reception, front desk, hospitality, retail, beauty, aesthetic, or medical practice experience will be advantageous. Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience using appointment booking systems is advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Professional appearance and excellent telephone etiquette. Reliable transport to Dainfern. Willingness to work two Saturdays per month. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist all clients in a friendly and professional manner. Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to email and WhatsApp enquiries. Schedule, confirm, amend, and manage client appointments. Maintain the appointment diary and ensure efficient booking of practitioners. Greet clients upon arrival and ensure a positive client experience. Process client check-ins and check-outs. Handle payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions where required. Maintain accurate client records and update information on the booking system. Liaise with therapists and clinicians regarding daily schedules. Ensure the reception area is neat, tidy, and presentable at all times. Assist with general administrative duties, filing, scanning, and document management. Monitor office and reception supplies and notify management when stock is required. Assist with promotional campaigns, client follow-ups, and reminder calls. Support the team with additional administrative tasks as required. Skills & Competencies: They are looking for someone who is: Friendly, approachable, and confident.
