Receptionist

Reception & Customer Service

· Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional and friendly manner.

· Manage incoming calls and general enquiries.

· Direct calls and correspondence to the appropriate departments or individuals.

· Maintain a positive and professional front-office environment.

· Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Administration

· Provide general administrative support to management and various departments.

· Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and boardroom bookings.

· Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

· Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and databases.

· Assist with data capturing and document management.

· Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

Office Management Support

· Assist with day-to-day office operations and coordination.

· Monitor and order office supplies and stationery.

· Liaise with service providers, vendors, and maintenance contractors.

· Ensure reception and common office areas remain presentable and organised.

· Support company events, meetings, and staff activities when required.

Pay: R4 000,00 - R5 000,00 per month

Education:

• Certificate (Preferred)
