Experienced Receptionist wanted ASAP

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist with exceptional customer service skills, reliable and can work with a team of people to join our team.

Must be customer service focused with excellent communication skills

At least 1-year experience in the industry working in a similar position

Proficient in Excel & Word

Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task.

Must be able to work without constant direct supervision.

Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing

personality.

Properly open and close shop each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.

Accurately book, change and cancel appointments

Provide callers and guests with detailed descriptions of treatments, packages, services, and hours of operation.

Reliable, punctual & a team player

Must be a South African citizen
