Receptionist

Salary: R8,000 – R10,000 Gross per Month (Depending on Experience)

We are looking for a vibrant, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Hillcrest branch. If you enjoy working with people, have excellent administrative skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Candidates with a hospitality background are encouraged to apply.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years' experience in a reception or front office role.
• Valid driver's licence (essential).
• Motor industry experience is not required.
• Well-presented, friendly, and professional.
• Highly computer literate.
• Experience with business software such as Gaap, QuickBooks, Zoho, Sage, Xero, or similar will be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers.
• Answer and direct incoming calls.
• Manage bookings, enquiries, and general administration.
• Maintain accurate records and support daily office operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while assisting the branch team.
