Receptionist / Personal Assistant

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and callers.

Manage reception duties, incoming calls, emails and correspondence.

Provide professional administrative and personal support to management.

Schedule appointments, meetings and maintain calendars.

Prepare documents, reports, presentations and other office materials.

Organise meetings, travel arrangements and company events when required.

Maintain accurate records, filing systems and confidential information.

Handle general office administration and coordinate daily tasks.

Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal departments professionally.

Monitor office supplies and assist with procurement when needed.

Maintain a professional, welcoming and organised reception area.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Pay: R7 500,00 - R10 500,00 per month
