RECEPTIONIST – MEDICAL CLINIC

Bio Vigour Clinic | Midrand

Requirements & Responsibilities:

Must respect and uphold the Christian values and ethos of Bio Vigour Clinic, treating every patient with compassion, dignity, kindness and respect.
Matric certificate – minimum requirement.
Previous reception, administration or medical practice experience will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
Professional, friendly and welcoming when dealing with patients and visitors.
Ability to answer calls, respond to WhatsApp enquiries and manage appointments.
Assist with patient registrations, files, forms and basic clinic administration.
Maintain patient confidentiality and professional ethics at all times.
Good computer skills and ability to manage emails, bookings and electronic records.
Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a busy medical environment.

Pay: R4 570,54 - R12 160,49 per month
