We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-presented, and highly organised Receptionist / Front Office Administrator to become the face of our company. This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who enjoys interacting with people, multitasking, and keeping the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and suppliers professionally and provide exceptional customer service.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to customer enquiries.
- Prepare customer quotations and invoices accurately.
- Process customer payments.
- Order vehicle parts and liaise with suppliers.
- Arrange and manage courier bookings.
- Follow up on orders and keep customers informed.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks.
- Maintain organised filing and office records.
- Perform general office administration and support where required.
Requirements
- Previous reception or administrative experience.
- Experience within the motor industry is essential (engines, gearboxes, automotive parts, workshops, dealerships or similar).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office; experience with accounting or invoicing software is advantageous).
- Well-organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Friendly, confident, and professional when dealing with customers.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to take initiative.
- Comfortable working in a physically active role that involves moving around the office and warehouse throughout the day.

Salary
Market-related salary, based on experience.
