Job description
We are looking for a vibrant, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our institute! If you are great with people and eager to work in an academic environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming students, visitors, and staff with excellent customer service.
- Managing switchboard operations (answering and routing calls).
- Handling general front office administration and student queries.
- Maintaining a clean and professional reception area.
Minimum Requirements:
- Age: 18 to 28 years old.
- Location: Must currently reside in Pretoria (Pretoria Town/CBD area).
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- Skills: Fluent in English, basic computer skills (MS Office), and strong communication abilities.
- Traits: Punctual, neat, friendly, and highly organized.
