About us
Peak Movement is a multidisciplinary physiotherapy and high performance practice in the Cape Town CBD. We offer physiotherapy, biokinetics, massage therapy, shockwave, dry needling and red light therapy, and we run Cape Town Strength & Conditioning from the same building. We're a busy, friendly team that cares about how every patient feels from the moment they walk in.
We're looking for someone to be the face of our front desk and help tell our story online.
The role
This is a hybrid position. Most of your day is front desk and admin work. A set, manageable part of your week goes into creating content for our social media. The content side has a clear weekly target, so it won't pile up on top of your desk duties.
Front desk and admin
Greet patients and clients as they arrive and make them feel welcome
Manage bookings, confirmations and reschedules
Answer calls, emails and WhatsApp messages professionally and on time
Create and send invoices and keep payment records up to date
Help with medical aid admin and patient paperwork
Keep reception neat and running smoothly
Support the practitioners with general admin
Social media and content
Film and edit short videos for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook (Reels, behind the scenes, exercise tips, team features)
Create and post a set weekly amount of content, roughly 3 short videos and 3 posts per week
Work with our practitioners to turn their knowledge into simple, engaging content
Reply to comments and messages on our social pages
Keep a simple content calendar so posting stays consistent
What we're looking for
Matric (required)
Reception, admin or secretarial experience (preferred)
Comfortable filming and editing video on a phone using apps like CapCut, InShot or Canva
A good eye for what works on Instagram and TikTok
Strong spoken and written English
Organised, reliable and able to juggle a few things at once
Warm, presentable and confident with people
Comfortable with email, spreadsheets and booking systems
Nice to have: medical aid billing or healthcare admin experience, an interest in health, fitness or sport, and a portfolio or social page showing your content.

Starting salary of R10,000 per month, with a clear path to R18,000 per month as you grow in the role
