About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist/Night Auditor to join our team. This dual role combines front desk responsibilities with overnight auditing tasks, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest service during late hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Greet guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, answer calls, and respond to inquiries.
- Night Audit Duties: Balance daily transactions, prepare financial reports, and verify accuracy of accounts.
- Guest Assistance: Provide support for guest needs, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Security Monitoring: Ensure safety protocols are followed and report any unusual activity.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records, update reservations, and assist with end-of-day procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or auditing processes.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
- Proficiency with hotel management software is an advantage.
