Job description
The View Boutique Hotel & Spa is seeking a professional Reception Supervisor to lead the operation of our luxury spa.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist spa guests.
- Manage all spa bookings, schedules, and guest enquiries.
- Supervise the day to day operation of the spa reception and therapist schedules.
- Ensure treatment rooms and public areas meet the hotel's five star presentation standards.
- Monitor therapist attendance, punctuality, productivity, and service standards.
- Conduct daily cash ups and ensure accurate payment processing.
- Manage retail product displays, stock control, and stock counts.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
- Drive retail sales and promote spa treatments and packages.
- Prepare daily operational reports and communicate with management.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organisation, and operational standards throughout the spa.
- Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Computer literate
- Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
