Advanta Autism Care is a growing in-home ABA therapy company serving children with autism across Denver, Colorado Springs, and Fort Collins, Colorado. Our clinical teams of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) deliver life-changing therapy to families in their homes — and our ability to grow depends on hiring great clinicians quickly. About the Role

We're looking for a full-time remote Recruiter to own our clinical hiring pipeline. Your primary focus will be sourcing, screening, and moving RBT and BCBA candidates through our hiring process for our Colorado service areas. You'll work closely with our operations team and report directly to company leadership.

This is a high-volume, high-ownership role. You won't just post jobs and wait — you'll actively hunt for candidates, keep pipelines warm, and make sure no good candidate slips through the cracks.

What You'll Do

• Source RBT and BCBA candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, job boards, and direct outreach
• Write and manage job postings across multiple platforms
• Conduct initial phone/video screens to assess qualifications, availability, and fit
• Schedule interviews with our leadership and clinical team and keep candidates engaged between steps
• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline in our tracking system (we use ClickUp)
• Verify credentials and certifications (RBT certification, BACB status, etc.)
• Coordinate with our operations team on offer letters and onboarding handoffs
• Track and report on recruiting metrics: pipeline volume, time-to-hire, source effectiveness
• Continuously improve our sourcing strategy based on what's working

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house), ideally with high-volume hourly or healthcare roles
• Fluent written and spoken English with a professional, warm phone presence
• Availability to work hours that substantially overlap with U.S. Mountain Time (approximately 8am–5pm MT)
• Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a computer suitable for video calls
• Strong organizational skills — you can juggle 20+ active candidates without dropping any
• Self-directed and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision

Strongly Preferred:

• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies
• Familiarity with behavioral health, ABA therapy, or healthcare staffing (knowing what an RBT or BCBA is a big plus)
• Experience with ClickUp, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools
• Experience with Indeed employer tools and LinkedIn Recruiter
