Role Summary

The A-Player Recruiter will be responsible for full recruitment fulfillment, focusing on technical and non-technical roles from individual contributors to senior-level candidates. This role requires international experience, particularly within the UK market, and a proactive, data-driven approach to recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive interviews and qualification processes for technical and non-technical roles.
• Collaborate with the sourcing team to maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
• Apply data-driven methods to track recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
• Recruit for managerial and senior-level talent.
• Impress international clients and partners with a professional demeanor.
• Adapt communication styles across diverse cultures and markets.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, including technical roles.
• Proven recruitment experience with a strong focus on technical hiring (software engineers, developers, IT specialists).
• Demonstrated success in recruiting within the UK market.
• Proficiency in Google Docs, meeting software, and general recruitment tools.
• Must have own computer and reliable internet access for video calls.

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience, paid Bank Holidays, up to 15 paid holidays per calendar year.

Location & Work Arrangement

100% remote role. Core working hours are South African business hours, with some flexibility for US and UK time zones.
