Recruiter / Customer Support Specialist
Remote | Full-Time | $1,000–$1,200 USD/Month | U.S.-Based Company | Global Team

About the Role
We’re looking for an organized, proactive Recruiter to own the full hiring cycle, from sourcing candidates to interviewing, coordinating offers, and supporting new hires through onboarding. You’ll also stay engaged with clients post-placement to make sure the hires we deliver are actually working out.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms
- Screen and interview candidates for open roles
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Maintain organized, up-to-date candidate pipelines and recruitment records in the ATS
- Support onboarding for new hires as needed
- Check in with clients after placement to identify additional support needs

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, or a similar role
- Prior experience working within a recruitment/staffing agency (required)
- Hands-on experience with an ATS
- Strong sourcing skills, particularly on LinkedIn
- Confidence running interviews and screening candidates
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Onboarding experience a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $1,000–$1,200 USD/month
- Fully remote
- Room to grow within the company
Pay: R16 452,76 - R19 743,31 per month
