Driver Recruitment Officer (5 Positions Available)

Location: Johannesburg & Pretoria
Employment Type: 3 months
Salary: R4,500 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for five motivated and people-oriented Driver Recruitment Officers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying and recruiting prospective drivers across Johannesburg and Pretoria, assisting them with the registration process, and ensuring they are ready to proceed to onboarding.

This is a field-based role that requires individuals who enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and representing the OMN1 brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit new driver partners throughout Johannesburg and Pretoria.
• Conduct face-to-face recruitment and community outreach to attract prospective drivers.
• Educate potential drivers about the benefits of joining OMN1.
• Assist drivers with completing the registration process accurately.
• Ensure drivers submit the required information and are ready for onboarding.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective drivers throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
• Keep accurate records of driver registrations and recruitment activities.
• Work closely with the Driver Onboarding team to ensure a smooth handover of registered drivers.
• Represent OMN1 professionally at activations and recruitment events.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Valid South African driver's licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting drivers, delivery partners, or gig workers will be advantageous.
• Previous experience in the transport, logistics, mobility, or ride-hailing industry.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
