As our client portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and people-focused Recruiter to identify, engage, and place exceptional talent while delivering an outstanding recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.

The Opportunity

As a Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from taking client job briefs and sourcing candidates to interviewing, coordinating offers, and ensuring successful placements.

You'll work with hiring managers, business leaders, and candidates across multiple industries, building strong relationships while delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing to successful placement.
• Understand client hiring requirements, company culture, and role expectations.
• Develop recruitment strategies for permanent, contract, and temporary positions.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining excellent service levels.

Candidate Sourcing

• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, databases, and networking.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct proactive headhunting for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Maintain regular communication with active and passive candidates.

Candidate Assessment

• Conduct telephone, virtual, and competency-based interviews.
• Assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Verify employment history and professional references.
• Prepare candidate profiles and interview summaries.
• Provide constructive feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Client Management

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment advice.
• Negotiate offers and manage the placement process.
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction throughout every assignment.

Recruitment Administration

• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Update HubSpot CRM with client and candidate activities.
• Prepare offer letters, contracts, and recruitment documentation.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and data protection regulations.

Business Development Support

• Identify opportunities to introduce additional Lamqora services.
• Generate referrals from candidates and existing clients.
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
• Support account growth initiatives with the Business Development team.

Employer Branding

• Write engaging job advertisements.
• Promote vacancies across job boards and social media platforms.
• Represent Lamqora professionally during candidate interactions.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Success in this role will be measured by:

• Placements made.
• Time-to-fill vacancies.
• CV-to-interview ratio.
• Interview-to-placement ratio.
• Candidate satisfaction.
• Client satisfaction.
• Recruitment revenue generated.
• CRM and ATS data accuracy.
• Vacancy fill rate.

Required Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or Staffing.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience recruiting within one or more of the following sectors is advantageous:
