The Role

We are building our South African team to service clients across Australia and the United Kingdom. These are 100% remote, work-from-home positions. You will be headhunting exclusively — proactively identifying, approaching, and qualifying candidates through direct outreach. No waiting for applications. No reactive recruitment. Just pure search.

Operating hours are aligned to our Australian client base, meaning an early start of 6:00 AM (SAST). We also service the UK market, giving you broad international exposure.

Two Positions Available

Headhunter — You are a confident, tenacious researcher and caller who lives on LinkedIn and the phone. You thrive on finding people who aren’t looking and convincing them to listen.

Lead Headhunter — You bring everything above, plus the ability to mentor junior team members, take ownership of a desk, and drive revenue at a divisional level.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven headhunting or executive search experience — agency or in-house search desk
• Background in accounting, finance, or legal sectors is highly regarded
• You are not afraid of the phone — this is a calling-heavy role
• Confident, articulate communicator in English — you will be speaking with senior professionals in Australia and the UK daily
• Go-getter mentality: proactive, resilient, self-motivated
• Comfortable with a 6:00 AM start (SAST) to align with Australian business hours
• LinkedIn Recruiter experience advantageous
• Lead Headhunter candidates: leadership or mentoring experience required
