About the Role

Are you passionate about people and looking to build a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment professional to join our growing HR team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting the attraction, selection, and onboarding of top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a professional and positive recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Screening

  • Advertise vacancies on job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Review applications and screen CVs against job requirements.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews.
  • Maintain talent pools and candidate databases.

Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage interview calendars and meeting arrangements.
  • Ensure candidates receive all relevant interview information.
  • Assist with interview administration and note-taking where required.

Recruitment Administration

  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate reference checks, background checks, and pre-employment verifications.
  • Ensure all recruitment documentation is completed and filed correctly.

Onboarding Support

  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
  • Assist with induction and orientation processes.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure new hires have the necessary equipment and access.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a related administrative role.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional and confidential approach to handling information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems will be advantageous.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills.
