Job Description:
Our Client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for a variety of positions. This role requires a proactive approach to building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Responsibilities of the role:
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications. • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment progress. • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and community involvement. • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role. • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases. • Experience recruiting for diverse roles across different industries. • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
Personality:
• Highly motivated and results-driven. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Software & Tools
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS). • Familiarity with HR software and recruiting tools.
