I'm looking for a recruiting operations coordinator who can manage onboarding, candidate communication, interviewer assignments, and hiring workflow updates. This role pays $4-$8/hour.
About the Role
This company is a virtual staffing company that recruits and places overseas virtual assistants, and they are looking to bring on a recruiting operations coordinator to help with onboarding, interview coordination, and hiring operations.
You will manage time-sensitive administrative tasks, maintain accurate tracking sheets, coordinate interview capacity, and ensure hiring workflows move forward without delays.
Responsibilities
- Complete client and virtual assistant onboarding checklists.
- Send contracts and track signed agreements.
- Create WhatsApp group chats for candidates and clients.
- Assign interviewers based on availability and role priority.
- Monitor applicant volume and request job post removals.

- Google Sheets for onboarding and hiring tracking
- Google Calendar for interviewer availability
- LinkedIn for applicant and job post management
- Fathom for meeting recordings and process review
