Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent across traditional industries industries.

The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and utilising a range of digital tools to optimise the hiring process.
Duties
- Manage 360 recruitment process, within traditional industries sectors in the UK and US.
- Lead generation through various channels including social media management, networking events, and online platforms to identify potential candidates and clients.
- Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best fit for client requirements.
- Manage relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication skills, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records within ATS and CRM tools to track interactions and progress.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Develop engaging job advertisements and utilise social media platforms to attract diverse talent pools.
- Provide ongoing support and advice to clients regarding market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commission based recruitment consultancy roles, within UK and US markets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and candidates alike.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS, CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management for talent acquisition purposes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated relationship management skills with a proactive approach to client engagement.
- A recognised qualification in human resources or related fields is advantageous but not essential.
