Duties

• Manage 360 recruitment process, within traditional industries sectors in the UK and US.
• Lead generation through various channels including social media management, networking events, and online platforms to identify potential candidates and clients.
• Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best fit for client requirements.
• Manage relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication skills, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records within ATS and CRM tools to track interactions and progress.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Develop engaging job advertisements and utilise social media platforms to attract diverse talent pools.
• Provide ongoing support and advice to clients regarding market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commission based recruitment consultancy roles, within UK and US markets.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and candidates alike.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS, CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management for talent acquisition purposes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated relationship management skills with a proactive approach to client engagement.
• A recognised qualification in human resources or related fields is advantageous but not essential.
