POSITION INFO: What You'll Be Doing As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll operate your own specialist recruitment desk, partnering with businesses to find top talent while helping professionals take the next step in their careers. Your responsibilities will include: Developing new business through proactive sales and relationship building. Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with clients and candidates. Sourcing, interviewing, and assessing high-quality professionals. Managing the full recruitment process from business development through to successful placements. Negotiating offers and providing expert recruitment advice to both clients and candidates. Becoming a trusted specialist within your market.
