An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and entrepreneurial Recruitment Consultant to join a newly established recruitment agency as a Business Partner.

This opportunity is ideal for an established recruiter who has existing client relationships, and maintains a strong database of quality candidates, but would like the opportunity to build long-term value rather than simply earn commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow your own client portfolio.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement.
• Source, screen and interview candidates.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Develop candidate talent pools across your specialist sectors.
• Negotiate offers and manage the placement process.
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the business.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
• Proven track record of successful placements.
• Existing portfolio of active clients.
• Established database of candidates.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own desk.
• Professional, self-motivated and results-driven.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.

Advantageous

• Experience recruiting within Mining, Engineering, Finance, Construction, Manufacturing, Logistics, IT or Professional Services.
• Existing relationships with HR Managers and business decision-makers.
• Experience using leading recruitment platforms

Remuneration

This is a business partnership opportunity.

Compensation will be based on an agreed share of the profits generated by the recruitment division, providing significantly greater earning potential than a traditional salary and commission structure.
