Role Description

The Recruitment & HR Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based at the Centurion branch. This role supports the HR function through coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities, including drafting job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding documentation. The Recruitment & HR Assistant helps maintain employee records, updates HR systems, and supports benefits and leave administration. Daily tasks also include assisting with HR reporting, responding to employee queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Skills to support recruitment, employee relations, and some HR operations.
• Ability to support Training coordination, including scheduling sessions, maintaining attendance records, and tracking completion.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
• Relevant qualification or experience in Human Resources, Recruitment or a related field preferred.
