We work with a select group of high-calibre clients and hold ourselves to the highest professional standards. Our South African team works 100% remotely, servicing international markets from home.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Recruitment Partner with a proven track record — someone whose results speak for themselves. If you have consistently earned strong commission, you already know the standard we expect. We want people with fire in their belly: those who set targets and beat them, who treat every candidate call and every client conversation as an opportunity.

• Proven billing history with demonstrable commission earnings — we want to hear your numbers
• A passion for recruitment and a genuine desire to earn and grow
• Impeccable phone manner — you are articulate, warm, and professional at all times
• Equally confident speaking with candidates and with clients or business decision-makers
• Hard-working, resilient, and self-motivated — you do not need to be chased
• Background in legal, accounting, or financial services recruitment is a strong advantage
• Comfortable with early starts (6:00 AM SAST) to align with the Australian market
• LinkedIn Recruiter experience is advantageous
