WE’RE HIRING | RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

George Based | Remote / Hybrid

TruHome is growing, and we are looking for a young, dynamic and driven Recruitment Specialist to join our team in George.

This role is ideal for someone with previous experience

in sales or telesales, who is confident on the phone, enjoys speaking to people and knows how to turn conversations into opportunities.

We are looking for someone energetic, self motivated and hungry to grow.

Someone who can prospect, follow up properly, build relationships and help us attract the right agents to TruHome.

What you will be doing:

You will be responsible for identifying, contacting and recruiting real estate agents across South Africa.

This will include cold calling, prospecting, managing leads, booking meetings and introducing potential candidates to the TruHome opportunity.

You will also assist with keeping recruitment records updated and ensuring every candidate receives a professional, exciting and consistent introduction to the brand.

What we are looking for:

Previous sales or telesales experience

Confident phone manner

Young, dynamic and highly driven

Strong follow up and admin skills

Able to work independently from home

Based in George or surrounding areas

Real estate experience would be an advantage but is not required

Remuneration:

Market related basic salary R10,000 pm (depends on experience.)

Commission incentives
