Job description

Recruitment Strategy & Operations LeadLocation: South Africa | Fully Remote

Work Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor

Compensation: $2,000 USD/month base + performance-based bonus

Hours: Eastern Standard Time U.S. business hours

Build the Recruiting Engine. Drive the Results. NIVA Health is a rapidly growing U.S. healthcare organization specializing in advanced wound care, wellness and regenerative medicine.

We're looking for a high-energy, highly strategic recruitment leader to help build and lead the recruiting engine behind our continued growth.

This isn't a role for someone who simply manages job postings and waits for applications.

We want someone who hunts for talent, builds networks, understands digital recruiting, loves the numbers and knows how to turn a recruiting strategy into results.

You'll lead a team of Talent Partners, partner directly with leadership and take ownership of recruiting performance across the organization.

What You'll Do* Lead and execute NIVA's recruiting strategy.

  • Build proactive talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill clinical and operational roles.
  • Lead, coach and hold Talent Partners accountable to clear recruiting KPIs.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, social platforms, professional communities and other digital channels.
  • Build and maintain candidate networks across the U.S.—remotely.
  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
  • Monitor recruiting performance, identify gaps and take action quickly.
  • Own recruiting dashboards, metrics and executive reporting.
  • Improve sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring processes.
  • Use technology, data and automation to make recruiting faster and more effective.
  • Stay hands-on. When a role is difficult, you're willing to get into the hunt yourself.

Requirements

What We're Looking For Ideally, you bring 7+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience, with demonstrated success in difficult-to-fill roles and experience leading or mentoring recruiters.

More importantly, you are:

  • Obsessed with recruiting results.
  • Highly skilled at sourcing and digital talent acquisition.
  • Comfortable recruiting passive candidates—not just applicants.
  • Experienced in building talent pipelines and networks.
  • Highly analytical and motivated by KPIs and targets.
  • A strong people leader who knows how to create accountability.
  • Confident presenting recruiting performance to senior leadership.
  • Exceptionally organized, polished and self-directed.
  • Curious, resourceful and constantly looking for a better way to find talent.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The Person We're Looking For You're the recruiter who doesn't give up when a role is difficult.

You want to know where the candidates are, why they're not responding, what channel is working, what isn't, and what you're going to change next.

You don't need to be chased for numbers.

You know your pipeline.

You know your conversion rates.

You know your targets.

And you want to beat them.

Why NIVA?* Build something rather than inherit something finished.

  • Lead and develop a growing team of Talent Partners.
  • Work directly with leadership.
  • Have real ownership over recruiting strategy and results.
  • Work fully remotely from South Africa.
  • Earn performance-based bonuses tied to measurable outcomes.
  • Grow with a rapidly expanding U.S. healthcare organization.

If recruitment is something you're genuinely passionate about—and you measure yourself by the results you deliver—we want to meet you.
