Cartrack, a world-leading smart mobility Software-as-a-Service tech company operating across 23 countries, is looking for Regional Sales Managers to join our Commercial teams.
Job description
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will take ownership of regional sales performance, leading and developing Commercial Sales Managers and their teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets. You will drive regional growth, identify new business opportunities, strengthen market presence, and ensure consistent sales execution across your region. You will play a key role in translating the company’s commercial strategy into regional action, using performance insights, CRM data, coaching, and process optimisation to maximise results.
Locations:
- 1x Cape Town
- 1x PE, East London, Bloemfontein, Welkom, Polokwane, Nelspruit, Middelburg (collectively)
Minimum requirements
· Minimum Grade 12
- 7 years of Commercial/B2B sales experience, including 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience managing and developing sales leaders and high-performing sales teams
- Strong track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience driving regional revenue growth and new business acquisition
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and turn strategy into results
- Proven ability to manage performance, accountability, and sales execution across multiple teams
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales analytics, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Excellent coaching, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Solution-oriented, strategic, and highly results-driven
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from strategy and planning through to close
- Industry experience in fleet management, logistics, telecoms, software, or SaaS is a plus
- Willingness to travel nationally on a regular basis
