Country Road & Premium Brands, is seeking a dynamic Regional HR Business Partner based in Cape Town, Western Cape. Join our People team in driving transformative HR initiatives that align with our corporate People Strategy. In this role, you will collaborate closely with line management to enhance individual and team performance, implement compliant HR practices, and lead change management processes. Your expertise will foster a culture of leadership development, innovation, and employee engagement across our stores. Ideal candidates will possess a HR Diploma or NQF5 qualification, at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within retail, and strong skills in facilitation, conflict management, and strategic thinking.

- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Stores experience advantageous
Duties and Responsibilities
- Contribute towards the CRG SA operating plan and develop a people operating plan.
- Facilitate change and transformation initiatives.
- Align and integrate all HR processes, practices and systems to reflect the corporate People Strategy.
- Create and develop a partnership role to line management and to the business .
- Drive transformation and change initiatives across business unit and guide the business on the management of risk and the business impact.
- Build Line manager’s leadership competence through coaching around people processes to deliver the People Strategy.
- Co-ordinate project integration initiatives into CRG Stores.
- Implement all people processes and practices and ensure that they are legally compliant.
- Advise and educate on HR and ER policies and procedures.
- Help implement, develop and facilitate a learning environment.
- Ensure that processes and practices are in place to measure and manage performance of individuals and teams.
- Ensure sustainability of practices to facilitate communication between individuals and the organisation.
- Participate and integrate with HR team to achieve goals.
- Ensure effective organisational design process and structures
- Partner with line management to achieve Diversity and Employment Equity targets.
- Build leadership competence through coaching.
- Partner with line management to achieve productivity targets.
- Develop, implement, and manage a people pipeline and plan (including succession, EE, career management, etc.) in partnership with Line.
- Implement and manage all people processes and practices (ER and HR) in the BU’s and ensure they are legally compliant.
- Advise and educate on HR admin policies and procedures.
- Have a deep understanding of the business and ensure that HR helps the business make an impact in the retail market
- Analyse workforce metrics and reports to guide data-driven business decisions.
- Promote inclusive and healthy workplace cultures
