Regional Operations Manager (Experiential Marketing)

Location: Eastern Cape (Port Elizabeth)

Position Type: Full-Time Operational Leadership

Job Purpose: Direct and oversee the end-to-end execution of experiential marketing campaigns, brand activations, promoter deployments, and event logistics across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee regional activation rollouts, promoter scheduling, kit distribution, and event

setup execution.

● Supervise operational team members to ensure client brand guidelines and activation

briefs are met.

● Monitor campaign KPIs, event footfall, engagement metrics, and promoter performance.

● Manage operational budgets, inventory control, site permissions, and regional

post-campaign reporting.

Requirements:

● 3–5 years experience in operations management within experiential marketing, field

activations, or event execution.

● Strong logistical planning, team scheduling, and supplier management skills.

● Valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible event hours including weekends.

● High attention to detail and proficiency in reporting platforms and MS Office.

Pay: R20 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month
