Job description

The position will be responsible for defining, optimizing and executing end-to end commercial distribution strategies across the designated regions, this role focuses on driving sustainable volume and margins growth by optimizing distribution channels, Wholesale, direct to store, key accounts and emerging channels, improving cost to serve dynamics and maximizing point of sale execution.

5-8 years of commercial sales or RTM experience within FMCG, Retail or manufacturing sector with at least 3 years in a regional supervisory or management role ,

Proven capability in sales distribution analytics, route mapping computer literacy and financial modelling

Strong negotiation skills, partner management and team leadership skills capabilities to drive results across matrixed cross funcyional teams
