Regional Sales Manager

1. POSITION PURPOSE

To manage and grow sales within an allocated region by achieving sales targets, developing dealer and channel relationships, managing sales teams and identifying new business opportunities across E Auto Motor SA's automotive portfolio.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Manage and guide regional sales teams to improve performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, channel partners and key customers.
• Monitor regional sales performance, stock, orders and customer requirements.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and regional market presence.
• Support new dealer/business development and maintain existing dealer relationships.
• Support the growth of multiple automotive brands and new vehicle products.
• Monitor sales contracts and customer order processes to support timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports and market intelligence to management.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics and other relevant departments.

3. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Sales or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' sales management experience.
• Automotive industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing sales teams and regional territories.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong business development and customer relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of sales processes and market analysis.
• Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Own reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in isiZulu or another South African language will be advantageous.
• Own reliable vehicle is mandatory.

4. ADVANTAGEOUS EXPERIENCE

• Automotive OEM or dealership experience.
• Multi-brand automotive experience.
• Dealer network management experience.
• EV/NEV/PHEV/REEV experience.
• Fleet and corporate sales experience.
• Existing relationships with automotive dealers and industry stakeholders.
• Experience in a fast-growing or emerging automotive brand environment.

Pay: From R20 000,00 per month
