REGIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Eva-Last is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Representative to lead sales growth across the Free State and Bloemfontien region. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative global manufacturer of sustainable building products and play a key role in expanding our presence across contractors, dealers, architects, and homeowners.

What You’ll Do

As our Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing your territory, growing market share, and strengthening relationships across our customer network. Your responsibilities will include:

* Growing sales by developing new business opportunities across your region.

* Building and managing long term relationships with contractors, dealers, and homeowners.

* Identifying and onboarding new contractor partners.

* Supporting dealers through merchandising, product promotion, and account management.

* Driving product specification through presentations, samples, and technical support.

* Preparing quotations, negotiating opportunities, and closing sales.

* Managing your sales pipeline through accurate CRM reporting and forecasting.

* Representing Eva-Last at trade events, customer meetings, and networking opportunities.

* Working closely with our marketing, operations, and technical teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

* Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who combines commercial awareness with a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.

You should have:

* A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

* Three to five years of proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.

* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Excellent relationship building and account management abilities.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

* A valid South African driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle.

* Knowledge of flooring, decking, cladding, or related building products will be advantageous.
