Role Description: The Regional Sales Representative is a 1-year contract, full-time, on-site role based in Cape Town, responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships with trade resellers in an assigned region. Day-to-day activities include visiting customers, presenting product ranges, identifying opportunities across categories such as uniforms, corporate clothing, and workwear, and providing product and pricing information. The role involves negotiating terms, preparing quotations, processing orders, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate stock availability and timely delivery. The Regional Sales Representative will also monitor market trends and competitor activity, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts. This position requires consistent field travel within the region to build strong, long-term partnerships and support resellers in growing their businesses.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales and account management skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals with B2B customers.
• Experience in the apparel, wholesale, or related trade environment, with the ability to understand product ranges and industry segments such as corporate, promotional, and workwear.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and support customer decision-making.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including territory planning, lead generation, accurate record keeping, and use of CRM or sales reporting tools.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort working with stock and pricing information.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle and willingness to travel Monday to Thursday within the assigned region for on-site customer visits. Fridays will be spent in the office, prepping for the following cycle and completing all required admin.
• Previous experience as a sales representative or in customer-facing roles; experience in wholesale or trade-only environments is advantageous.
• Relevant qualification in sales, marketing, business, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory; equivalent experience will be considered.

· Growing the active customer base and registering new customers within your territory.

· Improving the customer experience at every touchpoint.

· Acting as a proactive leader in your territory, not just managing an existing patch.

· Weekly feedback and admin updates

· A professional and enthusiastic approach to the function.
