Job description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Medication administration and ordering
- Scheduled drug control and management
- Charging of ward stock daily
- stock control
- Accurate and Concise administration
- Attention to detail
- Daily patient assessments
- Execution of doctors’ orders
- Patient admissions
- Form part of the multidisciplinary team
- A disposition towards quality and excellent patient centered care
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Proof of Registration with SANC
- Experience in Psychiatry and or addictions
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to excel under pressure
- Medication Management
- Computer literacy
- Risk assessment and management
- Good administrative skills
Job Type: Full-time
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Houtbaai, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Primary (Preferred)
Experience:
- Psychiatric and/or addictions: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Nursing Council registration (Required)
