Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and professional Registered Nurse to join our dynamic mobile wellness team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, preventative healthcare and wellness check services directly to clients at various corporate sites, events, and activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Health Screenings: Conduct comprehensive wellness checks, including blood pressure, blood glucose, BMI, total cholesterol, visual acuity, and audiology screenings.
• Wellness Administrations: Safely administer vitamin and wellness injections (intramuscular and intravenous) in accordance with clinical protocols and scope of practice.
• Client Education: Provide professional health education, lifestyle advice, and clear explanations of screening results to clients.
• Record Keeping: Ensure accurate, confidential, and compliant logging of client assessments and data while upholding strict patient privacy standards.
• Equipment & Safety: Maintain mobile clinical equipment, ensure sterile practices, and adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Registration: Current, active registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of clinical experience; experience in occupational health, mobile clinics, or preventative wellness is an advantage.
• Skills: Excellent phlebotomy skills, proficiency in clinical screening procedures, and confident administration of IV/IM injections.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, empathy, and a professional, approachable demeanor when engaging with clients.
• Flexibility & Transport: Valid driver’s license and reliable transport, with the willingness to travel to various locations and events as scheduled.
