Registered Nurse (RN)- Floating ( Muizenberg, Diep River and Bergvliet)

We are urgently looking for a competent Registered Nurse to join our Evergreen Health team.

POSITION SUMMARY

Provide health care to residents at Evergreen. Provides skilled, professional, comprehensive nursing and person-centred care as prescribed by medical practitioners and in compliance with regulations of the South African Nursing Council, and the policies of Evergreen Health; taking accountability for their SANC scope of practice. The RN will be required to work between Evebereen Health Muizenberg, Begvliet and Diep River.

MINIMUM CRITERIA

- Grade 12

- SANC Registered (RN)

- Previous experience within a hospital / Sub-Acute facility

- Experience in Geriatric Care will be advantageous

- Experience with Renal Dialysis advantageous

REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES

• Works directly under the supervision of a Unit Manager
• Work within the Nursing process to provide direct Nursing Care to assigned patients
• Direct patient care within his/her scope of practice
• Function as part of the team
• Complies with accepted professional standards and principles.

• Must be willing to travel between all three Health facilities ( non-negotiable)
