Registered Professional Nurse

• Must be registered with SANC.
• Police Clearance Certificate.
• Driver's license and own transport to work essential.
• Monday - Friday (07.30 - 16.30), however must be able to work shifts as well.
• Must be passionate about holistic care for mentally & physically challenged individuals.

Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Comprehensive patient assessment.
• Developing and implementation of nursing care plans.
• Administering treatments - must have solid knowledge of medication- psychiatric medication would be advantageous.
• Ensuring all residents information, care, treatment is recorded appropriately.
• Maintain effective communication with family, health care providers and team members.
• Provide ongoing in-service training and ensure adherence to SOP and policies.
• Maintain a safe environment by ensuring safety procedures are followed as per SOP.
• Managing Shifts.
• Supervising Enrolled Nurses and Caregivers.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From R18 000,00 per month
