About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing team in a fully remote role. This position is ideal for someone who wants to move away from site work while continuing to use their technical expertise.
You will carry out remote video surveys with customers, prepare quotations for domestic air conditioning installations, liaise with suppliers, and coordinate our engineers' schedules across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct video surveys with domestic customers.
- Prepare accurate quotations for domestic air conditioning installations.
- Recommend suitable air conditioning systems based on customer requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding equipment, pricing, and availability.
- Schedule and coordinate engineers' diaries.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and video calls.
- Work closely with the installation team to ensure projects run smoothly.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the air conditioning industry (essential).
- Extensive knowledge of domestic air conditioning installations.
- Experience surveying and quoting air conditioning systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident using computers, Microsoft Office, email, and video conferencing software.
- Ability to work independently from home.
