Can You Turn a Cold Prospect Into a Booked Meeting?

Retail Assistants is looking for confident Appointment Setters and Lead Generation Specialists interested in potential remote opportunities with international businesses, including companies operating in the UAE, UK and USA.

Your job isn't necessarily to close the final sale.

Your strength should be finding prospects, getting their attention, qualifying them and getting the right people into the diary.

We're particularly interested in candidates who aren't intimidated by cold calling.

Potential Responsibilities

Depending on the opportunity, you may:

• Make outbound calls
• Generate leads
• Research prospective companies
• Identify decision-makers
• Build prospect lists
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach
• Send prospecting emails
• Qualify prospects
• Book appointments
• Follow up with leads
• Re-engage older leads
• Confirm appointments
• Reduce meeting no-shows through follow-ups
• Maintain CRM records
• Update prospect information
• Work towards call/activity targets
• Work towards appointment targets
• Communicate with international prospects

Technology

Experience with CRM and prospecting platforms is advantageous, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Calendly, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack or Teams.

Remote Requirements

You should have:

• Reliable computer/laptop
• Stable internet
• Quiet professional working environment
• Ability to make and receive online calls
• Ability to participate in video meetings
• Ability to work international hours where required

Remuneration

Rates/salaries will depend on the employer, experience, hours, responsibilities, targets and commission structure where applicable.
