Remote Appointment Setter / Outbound Caller (US Market), South Africa
About the role
We are a US digital marketing agency. We help small businesses get found and recommended by AI tools like ChatGPT, Google AI, and Perplexity. We are looking for a confident caller to reach US small business owners, get them interested in a free AI visibility check, and book them into a short demo. You are the first voice they hear, so warmth and clarity matter more than a hard sell.
This is an ongoing role with room to grow as we scale. We keep this posting open, so strong people are always welcome to apply.
What you will do
- Call US small businesses from a list we give you
- Work from our script and branch cards. We train you, and you make it your own.
- Book qualified prospects into demos and log every call
- Hit weekly targets for dials, conversations, and booked appointments
- Join a short Friday debrief
Hours (please read)
- You work US Pacific business hours. In South Africa that is roughly 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM. It is a night shift on your clock, so only apply if that suits you for the long term.
- Start around 15 to 25 hours a week, with more as results come in.
What we look for
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, easy to understand accent. This is a phone role into the US, so it is the most important thing.
- Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telesales, or a call center is a plus. If you are a natural on the phone, tell us.
- Steady and coachable, and you handle rejection without losing energy
- Reliable high speed internet, a quiet place to work, and a good headset
- Your own computer
What we provide

- A simple call sheet to track your work
Pay
- Base of R100 to R133 per hour, set by your experience and how you sound on the phone
- Bonus of R85 to R115 for every qualified appointment you book, set by experience
- We review and raise pay as you prove your numbers. Strong closers earn well above base.
