(Medical/Nursing Background Required)
Position: Remote Client Support Assistant Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (South African Time) Location: Work from Home
Dr. Raymond is looking for a compassionate, organized, and technically confident Patient Support Assistant to join our growing remote support team.
This role involves supporting patients online, updating patient conditions, guiding them through the setup of our wellness equipment, assisting with wellness scans, providing technical support, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Requirements
- Medical and/or Nursing background required
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong computer skills
- Confident assisting patients over the phone and Zoom
- Comfortable troubleshooting - eg: Phone Bluetooth connectivity
- Patient, friendly, and professional
- Well organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently from home
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with setting up their wellness kits
- Guide patients through completing their wellness scans
- Provide technical support via phone, text, and Zoom
- Complete light administration, including patient notes, emails, and task management
- Follow up with clients throughout their wellness journey
- Maintain accurate client records
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (South African Time)
