Remote Closer – Inbound Sales (Pre-Booked Calls)

Drop Growth is looking for a closer to run inbound sales calls. We generate the leads and book the appointments — your job is to turn those conversations into signed clients.

Day to day

• Run scheduled calls with leads booked into your diary by our media team
• Convert prospects into paying clients on the call
• Chase warm prospects who don't sign on the first conversation
• Keep your pipeline clean and up to date in the CRM

Compensation

• Basic salary: R8,000 per month
• Commission: R1,000 for every closed deal, uncapped
• Realistic earnings: R8,000 – R18,000+ per month depending on volume

Performance expectation

• 5–10 signed clients each month

You'll do well here if you

• Have a track record of closing over the phone or on video calls
• Speak and write English to a high standard

• Can work independently without daily supervision

Pay: R8 000,00 - R18 000,00 per month
